Ashley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both the states of Illinois and Texas currently serving as the founder of Serenity Align Wellness and Counseling. Her goal as a therapist is to promote mental wellness through empowerment, psycho-education, and creating a space for clients to feel safe while allowing themselves to release and rebuild.

Born and raised in the South Side of Chicago, Ashley earned her Master's of Social Work from UIC Jane Addams College of Social Work and her Bachelors from University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.

 

She has experience in social services, medical, homelessness, substance use, education, eating disorders, community mental health, and psychiatric settings. In Ashley's spare time she enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, being outdoors with her dog, Sir, and practicing yoga. Clients describe her as an authentic, compassionate, and attentive professional.
